The Hotel Indigo is a good choice for travelers willing to spend that extra ~ $100./night more than midmarket budget alternatives. It's more comfortable and better maintained as a result. Staff dresses well, polite, etc. Comforts and stylish design in the room are business traveler quality. Clean and well maintained common areas. Friendly, vibrant bistro and bar in the lobby. This is a 4 story hotel, so has a boutique feel. Free parking, well lighted in front of the building. Walking distance (but you may prefer driving) to nearby restaurants and bars without swarms of college students. Near to downtown Waco government and business. Think the Texas Rangers Museum is very close, but I did not walk there during my stay.

Loved the location! Only a couple blocks from Magnolia Silos, Dr Pepper Museum, and several restaurants. 5 minute or less drive to Baylor campus and Texas Ranger Museum. Hotel was super clean which was very important to me. Decor was modern and updated. AC in the room worked perfectly to keep it at the comfortable temperature for us. Beds and pillows were comfy. Shower in bathroom was large. Plenty of hot water. Ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful. I accidentally left my big water jug in the mini fridge in the room. I noticed about 20 minutes after we left, while at breakfast. I called the front desk, they got the jug and had it waiting for me when we came back by.

Leah, the front desk staff person, was great. Our room was lacking attention in a few areas (previous guest toiletries in shower, missing coffee, etc.), and she was right on it. Resolved quickly and generously, and I was offered a little “comp” for the inconvenience. What a wonderful experience it is when a property takes pride in their facilities and services, doesn’t shift blame for issues, makes immediate corrections, and ensures that your stay is comfortable and stress-free.

Beautiful place. Friendly staff. Great food. Pet friendly. I travel with my cat who never wants to leave a hotel and usually crawls under or in something which I have to move or take bed apart to get her out. Not at the Hotel Indigo Waco. They have specific pet rooms in which the furniture is placed and enclosed so pets cannot get under or into it. So appreciated! Hotel is a 6 minute walk to Magnolia Silos.

Very nice, modern hotel with large rooms and great amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Room was large with great bed, pillows and linens. Bathroom was spacious. Conveniently located near Magnolia and all other attractions in Waco. Hotel had a nice restaurant and lounge in lobby. Everything was very clean in hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
